Below You Will Find Some Helpful Tips Should You Become The Victim Of A Collision Or Unforeseen Comprehensive Loss, Such As A Hail Storm!

• Your vehicle is the second-largest investment you are likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.
• Never drive a vehicle that could be unsafe due to damages.
• Some insurance companies want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your vehicle repaired. You can do this or you may leave your vehicle at our facility and ask that the insurance company inspect the vehicle here.
• There is no law requiring you to get more than one estimate.  You have the right to have your vehicle repaired at the shop of your choice.  Your insurance company cannot require you to use a particular shop.
• Differences in estimates are common.  A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you are not sure why one estimate is different from another you've received, please ask us!
• Always ask if the shop will be using Genuine Manufacturer (OEM) Replacement Parts.
• Ask if the shop offers a warranty and what it will cover.
• Ask if the shop will help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
• Remember: The price is long forgotten when the quality of the job does not last!
