Our Estimating Process During the COVID-19 Pandemic

American Auto Body has been committed to providing our clients with the highest standards of automotive repair service for nearly 40 years and we are passionate about continuing that service even through these unprecedented times.

We ask that any client that needs an estimate on their vehicle to NOT come to our office, but to email us photos of your vehicle and the damage areas to receive a virtual estimate. In order to assist you with your vehicle needs we would ask for:

  1. Your contact information
  2. Any insurance company information relevant to your damages
  3. Photos of all 4 corners of your vehicle
  4. Photos of the VIN tag (The Vehicle Identification Number tag is usually inside the drivers door)
  5. Photos of any badges or nameplates on your car (eg: “Chevrolet” “Suburban” & “LTZ”)
  6. As many damage photos needed to show the details of the damages to your vehicle

You can email all of the items needed to FenderDr@aol.com. Once we have your email we will return an estimate to you as soon as possible. If you would like to share more information on how the damage occurred, or any other relevant details that can help the accuracy of our estimate then please add them as well.

We are all new at dealing with the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, but we wanted to share some of the precautions we are taking.

Any employee who displays symptoms of COVID-19 will be asked to stay home.

All of our employees will wear gloves before entering any vehicle and we will sanitize any surfaces we come in contact with such as the steering wheel, gear shift levers, door handles, etc. This will be done prior to the repairs for our protection and after the repair is completed for your protection.

Keys and key fobs will be sanitized by our service team prior to being dispatched to the technicians and after the repair prior to being delivered to you, our clients.

We are taking great care to sanitize the front office area daily.

We will be limiting all in person meetings and reminding our team to maintain a safe social distance of 10 feet from each other and our clients at all times.

These precautions are based on the latest information and recommendations from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. We intend to continue to monitor and adapt so as to follow their recommendations.
